Welcome to my website. If you may be challenged by ADHD, attachment issues, trauma, anxiety, depression or life's transitions, I can partner with you to provide a safe relationship and deliver culturally responsive, evidence-based care. My goal is to help you recognize your inner strength and move forward with clarity and hope.

I also work with adults across the lifespan who are navigating co-occurring severe mental illness and substance use disorders supporting them in healing from trauma, strengthening recovery, and building on their innate resilience.

My Specialties and Approach

Grounded in a humanistic, strength-based and trauma-informed approach, I integrate CBT, Psychodynamic, Emotionally Focused Couples, and Family Systems therapies, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR to help my clients find insight into their emotions, learn to heal from trauma and develop the awareness to realize their personal goals and live their best lives.
